Project results presented internationally

Despite the Corona pandemic and the resulting work and travel restrictions, project work has not come to a standstill. This was also not the case in IMAGinE's research activities, where work continuously went on. Scientific staff continued to present their research results at international conferences in 2020/2021 – just online instead of in front of a live audience.

The research results can be assigned to the IMAGinE core innovations and cover the topics "Communication mechanisms", "Cooperative maneuver arrangement", and "Collective environmental model". The results were presented at high-profile conferences such as the International Conference on Vehicle Technology and Intelligent Transport Systems (Vehits), the IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC), the IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium, and the International Conference on Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing (ICCP), among others.

In addition, scientific partners published several research results obtained in IMAGinE in the areas of "Cooperative maneuver arrangement" and "Human-machine interaction" in journals such as Applied SciencesAccident Analysis & Prevention, and Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour.

Additional research papers were submitted for peer review at industry-recognized conferences and are expected to be presented in the fall of 2021. A current list of publications generated in IMAGinE can be found here.
